After a preliminary analysis of the competition and verification of market needs, it was possible to identify 2 types of users presented through personas:
Sitemap & User Flows
Once it was known for whom to build the entire application, work could begin on solving the problems of future users. It started with a sitemap, which made it much easier to imagine the entire structure of the site. A slice of it is shown below:
User flows were also distributed, which showed the entire team user interactions on the site. This was not done for every interaction, but for those that might have caused problems.
The Results
The DashX HR management web app excelled in delivering an exceptional user experience through its emphasis on ease of use. The intuitive interface and thoughtful placement of UI elements allowed users to navigate seamlessly and efficiently.
